Raspberry & Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

150 g / 5.29 oz. plain yoghurt, low-fat
6 almonds
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter, no added sugar or salt
1 cup raspberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup water

Method

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.

Tip: Use frozen raspberries for a thicker consistency.
